Hey quilty friends!

It's still a few weeks until our next issue arrives, and we hated the thought that you might be stuck finding a new project to work on while you wait. So here we are, with some pattern suggestions that just might get you diving into the stash and pulling fabrics.

With the spooky season around the corner, we delved into the archives to find the spookiest patterns lurking amidst the cobwebs and dark corners (just kidding, we don't have cobwebs on our fabric or pattern collection - we're too busy sewing from them!). But we do have some spooky patterns that fit the bill!

Left is the Pretty Pink Skull Cushion by Andi Herman - way back from Issue 2! And right is the Skull Squared quilt by Velda Roy - you can find that in Issue 35.

Or if you're less about the spooky and more about the lovely season how about some leafy goodness! We know our lovely Northern Hemisphere readers love to decorate for Fall (or Autumn). But these patterns could also be made in bright greens for us Spring-dwellers in the Southern Hemisphere!

Left is the Autumn Wreath mini quilt by Victoria Peat from Issue 22, and right is the Autumn Leaves quilt by Leah Fisher featured in Issue 61.

Then of course there's patterns in the colours of the season - the oranges, yellows, reds and blacks. Perhaps one of these might catch your eye!

Top left is Summer in the City by Siobhan Fitzpatrick from Issue 63 (sorry, cat's not included), and top right is Tavera by Rachelle Craig found in Issue 61.

Bottom left is Diva by Preeti Harris in Issue 58 and bottom right is Starlite Vista by Tiffany Horn featured in Issue 45 (also... sorry, dog's not included).
