Hello Reader, We shared our big, and sad, news last week that we will wrapping up Make Modern at the end of the year. All good things must come to an end, as they say. But it doesn't mean we'll be finishing out our year quietly. We still have a bunch of inspiration and quilty goodness to share with - plus another four issues still to come! To our dear readers, This isn't our usual newsletter. We wanted to share some news with you directly from the Make Modern team. After more than a decade of sharing quilty inspiration in our pages, Issue 73 (Nov/Dec 2026) will be our final issue. Our team have done lots of talking and planning (and a little crying!) and it's a big decision but we think it’s the right time for us to close this beautiful chapter. That makes this year our final year. But we're not just going to fade out quietly!...
